ReplyDeleteKaren
Oh I can't wait to make these! (I'm a lemon and chocolate lover, too!)
ReplyDeleteWow... I have been perusing many of your posts and wanted to comment on each one. This recipe for Lemon cookies looks so good. My oldest grandson loves lemon and I would like to try these for/with him. Your chocolate cookies look wonderful too as does the Penne with Vodka. Yum!
ReplyDeleteSO fun stopping in to visit with you!
Kindly, Lorraine
I've made this recipe two times. The taste is good but the texture of the cookie is a little too bready. I'd recommend using half the amount of baking soda and baking powder called for. I did that with the second batch and they turned out really nicely.
