Luscious Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Do you love lemon flavored bake goods?  I soooo do.  It seems to me that some people are either chocolate lovers or lemon lovers.  I happen to LOVE BOTH.  Of course I do!  Heaven forbid there be some sorta baked good camp I"m not a card carrying member of.  Well, anyhoo, these lemon cookies are really, really, really amazing! If you love lemon, do yourself a favor and start baking!

  2. i love lemon and chocolate too. when i lived in london there was a chocolate shop that made this lemon cream dipped in milk chocolate...i must have eaten my weight in those. your krinkles look like the perfect way to say so-long to summer!

  6. i love both chocolate and lemon, and dipping it in milk chocolate like christy said above sounds like a good thing!

  9. These remind me of the lemon-cake-mix cookies, which I love except for the fact that they're made with cake mix! I will definitely try this version.

  19. I love lemon, but can take or leave chocolate, but caramel is my favorite. These cookies really look lovely, and since my husband is also a fan of lemon, I know I'll be whipping these up soon.

  21. Wow... I have been perusing many of your posts and wanted to comment on each one. This recipe for Lemon cookies looks so good. My oldest grandson loves lemon and I would like to try these for/with him. Your chocolate cookies look wonderful too as does the Penne with Vodka. Yum!

  22. I've made this recipe two times. The taste is good but the texture of the cookie is a little too bready. I'd recommend using half the amount of baking soda and baking powder called for. I did that with the second batch and they turned out really nicely.
