OMG!!! I haven't blogged in so long - bad blogger. And sure enough, the night that I decide to bake, I just made pistachio chocolate chip cookies and then just ran through my reader and saw this! Great minds think alike! Our recipes are a bit different, but we were totally on the same lines of making them for St. Patty's Day! I'm going to post on the 17th! Your cookies turned out great!
Oh, how I LOVE this recipe! I have the best ever chocolate chip cookie recipe that calls for instant vanilla pudding so I know yours have to be good! The pudding makes them so chewy!

These ARE perfect for St Paddy's Day. I imagine that they taste really great too!
