You had ne as soon as you mentioned coconut but to add white chocolae into the mix is so tempting.
Two of my kid love coconut so these would be the perfect Valentine's cookies for them.Mimi
Coconut and white chocolate....FABULOUS!!! Perfect with a glass of sparkling wine or a glass of milk.
Chocolate (of any color) and coconut! I'm all yours. :) Beautiful photo!
Thanks for sharing this recipe. I am making it for my next book club at the library! I am the cookie girl for them. Don't you just hate it when those baked goods start talking back to you? Darn them!
It's comforting to know that your cookies talk to you also:D These sound delicious and I love the picture with the ribbon.
I know what you mean when a some morsel of yummy goodness talks to you. For me its chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies with pecans. But these look like they may stir a whisper as well.Happy that I found your blog :)
Shoot Velva mix the two, create a drink just for the cookie is what I say! This combination is like a forbidden love, but yet the only evidence will be the crumbs, and I would pull them out for later...man they sound terrific!
Those look absolutly fabulous. I worked at Mrs. Fields Cookies when I was in high school. They had a cookie just like this....oooo, I will have to give it a try! Thanks, Kathleen!

Uh oh...I have all those ingredients on hand. Is that a good thing or bad thing??? They look delicious and I am going to have to try them! Thanks!
That is so cute the way you have wrapped your cookies up in a red ribbon!I don't think I've ever seen a recipe for a coconut cookie. Bars with coconut in them and aside from a coconut macaroon, yours stands alone. They look delicious too!

I think I'm like you, sweetness is not something that halts my desire for more.Terrific recipe! Thanks...
